We live in a free market enterprise, so we have all the rights to hire or drop any artiste. A group of 5 by the name of Golden Hands were the hired artiste that entertained the guests as they took their seats. The Group has been performing at the Dimanche Gras show at the Brooklyn Museum for the past 5 years. However, this year 2013, they were told their services would not be needed. Many of the frequent guests enjoyed the entertainment that the Golden Hands ensemble provided. I have no problem with The Powers That Be for trying to attract more attendees. However, why hire 3 expensive Professionals at the expense of your local inexpensive entertainers who served and was an asset to you over the few years. I believe hiring 1 less of those 3 Professionals would have offset the extra expense. I do hope that those 3 Professionals would have increase your profits when your audit is done after September 1st.
