Learn the evolution of steelpan through the voices of pan pioneers, women in pan and their contributions, music fusion through pan collaborations, and music therapy. Our panelists include Vonulrick "Von" Martin, a well-known media personality and the founder of Caribbeana Communications. He has nearly four decades hosting a show on WPFW FM and recently completed his book on the "Voices of Pan Pioneers of Trinidad & Tobago". Meet our local pan arrangers and music instructors: Kay Sheppard and Sheldon Thwaites. Music and a short pan workshop will be provided by Pan Lara.
