Highland Arts Unlimited Inc. will open the 2017-2018 season with a free concert by Pan Jammin’ Steel Drum bands on Wednesday, Aug. 16, at 6:30 p.m. in the Church-McKee Auditorium at WVU-Potomac State College. Patrons who wish to join Highland Arts will receive a 10 percent discount in their chosen category up to and including the evening of the concert.
