You are invited to a an urgent ROC emergency meeting at the Maxilla Social Club in Latimer under the flyover. Nearest tube Latimer.Road station 5 minutes away

ROC will explain the plans being carried out by the authorities for Notting Hill Carnival 2018 along with updates of meetings that have occurred recently

We will discuss what ROC plans to do and the key issues in the struggle for Notting Hill Carnival
