The 8th annual PANorama Caribbean Music Fest is the only place where you can enjoy great Caribbean music and food while basking in the fresh ocean breezes of the breath-taking Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This year’s headliners, Andy Narell and Relator - University of Calypso (www.andynarell.net), will satisfy the musical appetite of any listener from the trained musician to the casual on-looker with their Caribbean-jazz performances of vintage calypso. Narell’s ensemble will be accompanied by the Eastern Kentucky University’s 32 member Steelband to truly capture the essence of the islands. This festival provides the ultimate experience for any world music lover!
