Pan Trinbago Drops Rule 5.0 Lyrics Section

Trinidad & Tobago - Under a cloud of controversy and uproar from the steelpan music community, Pan Trinbago, the governing body of steelpan music activities in Trinidad and Tobago drops "Rule 5" libelous lyrics section.

The organization has released its official Addendum to Panorama 2011 Rules and Regulations.

  • Why would anyone sit back and let the art of Trinidad & Tobago be SENSORED, the people of the land better be aware that there is more to come and pass. Trinidad & Tobago's curlture is unique and different to any other. If we all sit and let politicans come and distroy what many have sacrificed for it, would be a shame. Wake Up and fight for your rights!
  • Great.  Although everyonr portraye this issue as one of MONEY, the real issue is DEMIOCRACY, the right of the state (or any organization for that matter) to decide what is or is not appropriate artistic subject matter.
