Are you guys crazy or something ? Burch is a successful businessman and I know he gets well paid for his work.
And some of these people are the very people he does business with , I'm sure.
Yes , he may have been offended and deserves an apology , but I'm pretty sure he isn't losing too much sleep over it.
He's a strong man from a tough environment , and I'm sure he's gotten over it.
And , as far as I understand , he's no pushover in business either , so calm down , people !
(And btw , I've known Burch since he was a teen )

Seems like there is more to the story than some of us are aware of .
I thought it was a mix-up deserving of an apology , instead of some kind of spite.
Since Burch is a businessman , there may be undercurrents with his dealings with "them fellas in the office " that created resentment on a personal level.
However , personal feelings should not detract from Burch's qualifications for an award from the steelpan community , and indeed from the nation.
My point was not to discredit Burch , who I've known and liked for many years , but to suggest that the incident , while unnecessary , insulting ,and deserving of an apology , should not cause Burch to lose any sleep , especially since the way the incident was handled reflected the disorganization of Pantrinbago , and the weakness and ineptitude of its leadership.

Bugs: While a proper apology is in order, what happens with the tuners if they strike and the apology does not materialize? How long would they strike for and who will pay their bills during the strike? Would there be annoyed clients who have nothing to do with this? Just asking.
