He did a lot of homework and has some REAL GOOD INTENTIONS. But he is missing a POLITICAL FUNDAMENTAL: PAN TRINBAGO IS A VOTING ARM OF THE PNM!!!
He will never get the chance to implement HIS PLAN -- but the ONE PART I know WILL NEVER WORK is that PAN IN CARNIVAL that GLENROY and CECIL does be TALKING ABOUT ALL THE TIME.
PAN IN CARNIVAL IS DEAD!!! That is like going to the BANK to get a CONSTRUCTION LOAN to BUILD PHONE BOOTHS.
The rest of the PROGRAM could bring about a MASSIVE TRANSFORMATION for PAN and PAN PLAYERS. But that is NOT THE PURPOSE OF PAN TRINBAGO!!!
AMAR ought to know BETTER THAN THAT!!! But his HEART FOR PAN is in a GOOD PLACE and he should consider HIS OWN PAN PROJECTS outside of PAN TRINBAGO.
