If it was as easy as that Smooth would have won every year. Everyone has their time and no two people are the same, so the judges will hear something and like it or not. Runs has little or nothing to do with it. Style has.

most definitely , boogsie way past Smoothe but is the Panorama genies, he know what the judges wannt he knows the Formula, and its an very easy formula, its not only the music, is the full package, the way they present their music, is Show time, not ony music time
