Calling on DOCTOR DOLLY (The Minister of Culture) to provide the resources to VIDEO RECORD the BIG FIVE CONCERT on SATURDAY (July 22nd)

This BIG 5 CONCERT is a historical event for PAN and it should be captured on VIDEO. So I am urging DOCTOR DOLLY to step up to the plate and put a professional VIDEO CREW in place to capture this event for a future STEELBAND VIDEO LIBRARY.

This could also be a shining diamond in Doctor Dolly's political legacy.
