By this time I will assume that Diaz realize that the end is near and he will go all out to make it difficult for those that set out to remove him, he has always manage to tie-up his opponents in court and that's what he'll try to do.

Kokaram adjourned the matter to April 27 for a case-management conference. The judge stated on that day, he will seek to have the parties resolve the matter without it going to trial. However, if no solution is arrived at, the court will begin to set dates for the filing of skeleton arguments. Should the matter go to trial, it will take place on June 12 and 13.

Even if they get the 60 percent of the delegates to sign the petition (which I doubt) -- Keith Diaz (and Ramesh) then take them to court to contest the legality of the petition and the whole process slows to a grinding legal snail's pace.
