Forteau and Diaz met with the MARDI GRAS and worked out FUNDING that will line their pockets at the expense of the PAN MAN for PANORAMA 2018. I am sure that Michael Joseph will be getting his cut so I don't expect to see any diatribes flowing from his pen -- at least until the money runs out and they decide to pull a JESSIE JACKSON.
