Hey Mi Amigo, I don't know how I did not think of this before, U should have gotten in touch with "Len (boogsie ) Sharpe", so he could influence the whole "Steel Pan fraternity" to vote out DIAZ, like he did Arnold in or Was It 2009? voting the "Rooster Arnold" outta the hen house, and voting the WEASEL DIAZ IN, , give SHARPE A CALL AND SEE...
The lion share of panorama money goes to the Big5 so tings nice for them, they don't give ah shit about other bands, this is the hard reality of the steelband in the Mecca.

Everybody might be right in giving up because Pan Trinbago cannot be dealt with the way the changers deal with it. Unless the actual members pull out of Pan Trinbago altogether they cannot pull down anyone far less Keith Diaz. It is the steelbands only that are actual members of Pan Trinbago. If the entire membership resign from PT, who will PT stand for? The problem is that the steelbands don't believe they can make it on their own by forming a new organization. The Big 5 has made this attempt but the individual Big 5 bands have not left PT up to today. Dolly had told them the ball was in their court but they did nothing about it. Individuals and group of individuals cannot pull down Pan Trinbago. Only if the actual members pull out of the organization can it come to an end. The pressure should not be towards PT but towards the steelbands forming a new organization of their own. But they are afraid to form it because they will not be able to form it through an Act of Parliament to obtain funds like PT. They will only be allowed to form it as a private organization and raising funds privately. The problem is leadership of such an organization. If the Big 5 is really smart, they must pull away from PT. That is the only way to take down the personnel within PT. If they cannot do this then PT will reign supreme. If it is a revolt against PT then there must be a complete revolution. All the steel band members must pull out completely never to return to PT. Then it will fall naturally. But it seem the pan leaders are not equipped enough for such a revolution. So it fails. They must become masters not beggars. If they remain beggars then they must beg every year and be cursed like that. I understand your point of Diaz being a good politician. But the best of politicians are voted out by the electorate. .It is just like that. The electorate of Pan Trinbago are the steelbands member bands. If the steelbands resign completely Pan Trinbago will come to and end. This is the only way it can be done, if it is they wish to remove and leader or all leaders of PT.
