Happy Birthday to "Crazy"

When Steel Talks extends best wishes to song writer, performing artist and producer Edwin "Crazy" Ayoung on his birthday.  Crazy is one the all time great.  In addition he had a banner year in 2010.

    Happy Birthday Day Crazy! You may not remember this Trini, but I met you in person in Miami airport many many years ago. You told me you were coming back from promoting your record in LA. I was so proud to introduce you to my son who was born in the US. You were the first calypsonian he met in person. Thanks for the good music and keep it coming.

    Happy birthday Mr. Ayoung. I met you in Oakland way back in 1987 and you autographed and gave me one of your albums.
    You mentioned something about a wicket keeper. I remember your tune "Mirror Mirror" which was the winning tune in the tradidtional panorama of 1997. I will like to send you a copy of my pan book. Please call (954) 792-1879.

    Happy Birthday To the lovable Lunatic CRAZY, and may you live to see many more. As a matter of fact he will be performing at Club Princess Members Club Independence Square, PoS, Trinidad at 10.00 tonight. I am the entertainment Manager there, where I also feature some of our top known steel pan (tenor) players including Ken Professor and Earl Brooks to name a few. I will also like to send out condolences to TERRY CUDJOE and his Family on the recent passing of his wife BURNICE. They were a loving couple.
