Are there goals set, or are they just existing from Panorama to Panorama? there seem to be a growing number of pan people who want more for the Steelband in the Mecca. They are suffering from a strong case of neglect that is only getting worse.

Cecil: When PAN started there were no documented goals. People were tinkering and dreaming -- accidental discovery. The mission defined itself as it UNFOLDED. Don't let the academics who jump in the pan ting after they passed it straight as children come and tie up your head with some 14 POINT PLAN.

Tinkering, dreaming with accidental discovery had it's season, in todays' world you better have your 14point plan and if 2 don't work yuh move on to 3and 4 until you get one that work.
What we don't need is this long slumber, it's difficult to understand why there is no desire to reintegrate the steelband in Carnival.
Playing dumb and ignoring Pan People is not going to work anymore, the powers that be has to step-up.
