Patrick Ramdoo: Ah hear that five people who never even played pan before turned up and disrupted the meeting and start shouting "NO PANORAMA". But KEITH DIAZ say that he knows that Ninety percent of the members want Panorama. And he knows that 99.9 percent of the members of WHEN STEEL TALKS want PANORAMA (dey doh care how PAN MEN get EXPLOITED as long as they get dey PANORAMA). But three bands say they don’t want Panorama and they hired some fellas to hold placards and make noise shouting NO PANORAMA. Dem three bands doh know that the MAJORITY RULES.
Now you know and I know and Keith Diaz know that Pan Trinbago does not pay Panorama performance fees to PAN MEN but instead negotiates with the NCC and the Community Development, Culture and Arts Ministry. (Ah hope everybody see who was responsible for SHORT PAYING the PAN MEN -- ah doh need to call the lady name again.)
Diaz done tell everybody in the meeting that they have to wait on the Budget to know what is the allocation for steelbands for 2018. And I done read that the budget might come in UNDER 40 BILLION. So that allocation to PANORAMA is going to be greatly reduced for 2018. And his job at the meeting was to convey a message from Doctor Dolly that PAN should look to find a new way forward for PANORAMA 2018.
So the first plan that KEITH DIAZ came up with was to carry small bands semi-finals for Panorama to Chaguanas where each band will be required to play a Chutney song in addition to the usual Panorama tune, And the medium and large band semis and finals will have a change of format mixing the medium with large bands -- LARGE following MEDIUM followed by LARGE until the end of the show. (Now that format is a disturbing idea but we will deal with that later.)
So as you see KEITH DIAZ and the NCC and DOCTOR DOLLY done join up again as ONE LARGE FAMILY in an attempt to have a successful Panorama 2018. And if dem SMALL BANDS could go down in Chaguanas and jam some GOOD CHUTNEY then KEITH DIAZ could pick up another 50,000 votes for THE PARTY making it 400,000 and we sure to rule for the next EIGHT YEARS. And Aquil Arrindell keep telling me that it eh have NO POLITICS in PAN. Ah have to talk to that boy father.

Aquil: You are living the life of a "political activist" complete with your manifesto and at the same time denying your involvement in politics. I think that you and Gregory Lindsay (like Dane Gulston give up the movement or what?) should call for a meeting with Doctor Dolly to press the issue of getting KEITH DIAZ out of office. Or at least to find out her relationship to the KEITH DIAZ leadership. And then you could chart your own course which should really be about SELF and bringing your STEELPAN ACT before global audiences.
I will repeat that KEITH DIAZ has brought himself back to a CLEAN SLATE and is now as energized and politically powerful as when he first took office. And right now (given the economy and politics of Trinidad), Doctor Dolly and Doctor Rowley need his 350,000 VOTES MORE THAN EVER. How many votes can you and Gregory deliver?
So you and Gregory Lindsay are really trying to fight THE BIG THREE and you will always lose that battle. Personally, I think that you should stop wasting your precious time driving from South to Town trying to win a hand against dealers with a STACKED DECK. Keith Diaz could be taken down but you will have to step on Rowley and Dolly toes in the process -- and I know that you and Gregory will never cross that threshold.
