Best qualified to lead and not steal.
As said before , having another organization control the coffers of Pan Trinbago is an unfortunate step backward in 2017. Nevertheless, in view of the extenuating circumstances with the disarray of the present leadership. It is perhaps the only necessary viable alternative. Pan Trinbago must have solid and honest leadership and this should be an eye opener for the membership. The membership are responsible for electing the leadership. Professionalism is electing those who are best qualified to lead...( we only have to look at the USA, today to see what happens with unqualified leadership)
