C.I.P.’s constitutional rights PART #2
Pan Trinbago allegedly spent a quarter million in legal fees and may face more as C.I.P’s constitutional rights breached.

I searched for information on this issue and I contacted ex vice president, Mr. Serrette, to give clarity on the constitution in relation to what is proper procedure. His contribution questioned the process. He asked,
1. What was the notice given?
2. Did it state what type of meeting it was? e.g. regular, quarterly or special general.
3. What was the agenda?
4. Was the credentials report done by the chairman? i.e. a statement confirming the attendance of the members with voting rights and the present of a quorum comprising 60% of the bands in the region.
If not, the meeting was unconstitutional and any decisions taken and any motions passed are null and void and have no effect. In fact, they are in breach of the very constitution that they claim to be defending. How sad. The blind leading the blind.
I, being a south central member, was contacted, by pan trinbago’s south central security guard by phone, three working days before the meeting as notice. There was no official mail or email sent to any executive members of my band. The time was unusually short so I could not make it. Other member bands of South Central complained about the time as well because some got the call one and two days before. I was not informed on what type of meeting it was and when I asked about the agenda of the meeting, was told there was none. Based on my investigations, none of these things were coincidental. Calls were made among senior executive members and those who benefit from a Keith Diaz lead organization, to bring this motion to fruition. What is amazing is that these executive members together with the past executive member who moved the motion, do not know that according to the constitution, which they quite often use to hide behind, there is a 60% attendance needed to make decisions on behalf of the organization. Is it that they don’t know or don’t care about the constitution of pan Trinbago? Either that or a combination of both which shows how inadequate and how unfit they all are to hold office.
The Concerned Individuals for Pan for the past three months has been an advocate of change. We are representatives from member bands within Pan Trinbago who have lost confidence in the executives of pan Trinbago. Today, we got the BEST QUALITY PANS we ever had. And we have the BEST PLAYERS we ever had. All we need is some good music producers and the MUSIC COULD FLY. On the other score, with all these STEELBANDS emerging all over America and thousands and thousands of students adding THE PAN to diverse musical backgrounds -- I expect to see a whole lot of young PAN STARS rising all over the STATES in the near future.

Mi Amigo, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO THEY R NOT, the best pan's you have not heard, nor the best players, the best Pan's ever tuned, was by Anthony Williams and Herman "rock" Johnston of both Pan am North Stars and BWIA West side Symphony and, Wallace Austin of Gay Flamingos, where I,told Wallace what Tony and Rock my doyen's and I there "Protege" was doing, the best tuned pans and recordings is, these 3 bands, the best players of which most of them R gone, they are: "sonny" Roach, Sun Valley Theo Stephens,from South 1956 Music Festival ping pong soloist winner Nurlin Tate, from South also a guitarist the man who invented the "Ska, Rock Steady, and the now called"Reggae" Eman Thorpe - Cross Fire, Jules Cazaborn - Desperadoes, Granville Sealy - Tripoli, Andrew "pan" De Labastide -Hill 60, Spree Simon-Tokyo, Orman "patsy" Haynes- Casablanca, the fastest pair of hands ever Herman"rock" Johnston - North Stars & West Side,the man had 2 right hands, I know I use to play along side him in North stars etc etc etc, still with us Emanuel "cobo jack" Reilly- Invaders & Green Eyes, 1964 ping pong soloist winner Ray Holman-Starlit,etc etc etc, also Amigo I asked U to send me your e-mail address so I can send U some of the best tuned steel orchestra music that U and CH will ever hear, remember a St James combo side named Silver Strings Combo, it's arranger Clive Chaman a Guitarist and Bassist for a British Rock Band named "Jeff Beck" rock band and Cat Stevens "Oh Baby Baby it's a Wild World" bassist, that's Clive Chaman, I worked on his Album "Walk with Vex Money", I want to sent U Amigo and CH some of these TRAX, where on "Panorama Jam" Chaman did a Guitar solo, I did a pan solo and "Sir Stevie Wonder" did a harmonica solo on it ,this tune was made especially for Anthony Williams by Chaman also, a 1969 Colombia recording in Manhattan that was never released, because the New York City Symphony insecure Conductor and CEO Director: Leonard Bernstein felt threaten, I was told, as leader , tuner, arranger, player, I was in the mixing room with the engineers doing the final mix, when we concluded the mix, this white head engineer said to me wow man, this stuff is superb where he was mesmerized and angry at the same time, he said , it's a pity this won't ever be heard because of Bernstein crap, his exact words, so Mi Amigo, I have those tracks and I want to share it with U and CH before I release them OK...
Yes Patrick, Trump say nobody eh talk to no Russian, yeah right, I know the man, I met and spoke with him over 20 years ago, on 3 separate occasions and, do you know the 1st Lady "Melania Trump" is "Slovakian", remember "Chekhov Slovakia and Nikita Khrushchev with Fidel Castro's Cuba issue 62, 63 " ? do the math man, that is also part of Russia, and BWIA Sun jet West side Symphony passed through Russia in 1969, when we toured Sweden, also Trumps Grandfather is German, one of "Hitler" Generals....
Forget about Trump talk about improving the steel band music so pan people can sit and enjoy.
Baraka my good man, there's NO improving of steel band music to look forward to, that's because they don't know "what the hell" they are doing, the best steel band music day's R gone, flew the coup, so my good man enjoy what U have now for what it's worth, remember, today is the tomorrow, that was visioned yesterday, and tomorrow is always coming,, so cherish what u have now, THIS IT...
Patrick Ramdoo: I stand in defence of the parent body of STEELBAND (PAN TRINBAGO) led by THE MOST HIGH AND HONOURABLE KEITH DIAZ and his constitution and I have long distanced myself from the CIP and its number one agent Aquil Arrindell and all other groups or individuals seeking to destabilize the organization.
There was no Russian Collusion with Trump and there was no corruption in PAN TRINBAGO. Doctor Dolly did the forensic audit and we came out CLEAN and INNOCENT of spurious charges made in the media and WST.
It is clear to me that TRUMP will either RESIGN or be IMPEACHED. But THE RIGHT HOUNOURABLE KEITH DIAZ: He shall reign forevermore AND MORE!!!
