To all WST Members

The attached document highlights performance appraisal review of the current adminstration of Pan Trinbago Central Executive against their manifesto mandate as the President promised the movement...

WST MEMBERS.....According to Wikipedia...Malfeasance in office, or official misconduct, is the commission of an unlawful act, done in an official capacity, which affects the performance of official duties. Malfeasance in office is often grounds for a for cause removal of an elected official by statute or recall electionMalfeasance is an affirmative act that is illegal or wrongful. In tort law it is distinct from misfeasance, which is an act that is not illegal but is improperly performed. It is also distinct from Nonfeasance, which is a failure to act that results in injury.

As it plays out here....The Ministry of Foreign Affairs I am sure as night follows day continues to be advised....as the name Trinidad & Tobago is involved and all parties ought to be advised that in this Republic...."any or all of the members of the board of directors of any entity receiving State funds shall be held personally liable for any malfeasance in office and fully culpable according to the law. "

pRESIDENT diAZ,  Please Comment................

Mr. President....Would you really vote for yourself even with this type of appraisal review............Your Vice-President Mr. Serrette distanced him from this manifesto document when he represented you on WACK 90.1 FM last Sunday at the presidental debate....His exact words were 'I don't know nothing about this..I am just a worker....."......

.Who is your ROMAN FRIEND now MR. PRESIDENT....FIU watching, NCC watching, the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs, Multiculturalism and Office of Prime Minister and everyone is watching....LOST WORK or LOCK UP .....de choice is yours...Check your lawyers to see if I am wrong...and I shall be happy to stand corrected....What you think good people..which is best for President Diaz. LOST WORK or LOCK UP..A word to the wise...Don't LOSE the LESSON. I promised that I will let my bucket down right here....because as an organization we deserve better than this..........LOCK UP OR LOST WORK, Mr. President...and your band of merry happy makers.....the choice is yours ......

Thanks for the courtesy of your attention.

Regards

Lindsay

  • Lol....Success is going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm..In the end, we won't remember the words of our enemies; we will remember the silence of our friends.

Amazing how a pan jumbie and prominent attorney-at-law SC Martin Daley would offer his services for FREE to the BIG5 and PT have SC Ramesh Maharaj put on retainer???

    Hi Gregory,

As I stated both Newsday and I got to be credited for the piece.

    Perhaps you can state:

This story "Pan Battle Looms" was taken from Newsday's Thursday October 18, 2012 edition, written by senior reporter Joan Rampersad, who has been following the ongoing impasse between Pan Trinbago and Chief Bowie Bowei of Nigeria.

      • Pan Times et al,

Thanks for the acknowledgement. I am being guided by your advice.

Right now there is another huge Bacchanalia brewing regarding nominations and delegates and bands being financial.

The thing is this; even though the Secretary of the Association is attempting to hold to the tenets of Article 10 of Pan Trinbago's Constitution.....the action being performed by the Secretary of the Association is ultra vires and illegal; as all bands that participated in Panorama 2012 are yet to be disbursed their band's appearance fees for taking part in the competition by Pan Trinbago, even though the Chairman of NCC has advised that all prize and appearance monies have been disbursed to Pan Trinbago since Carnival 2012..

So get this right, explain this to me Mr. Forteau et al,....how can all bands candidates and delegates not be financial according to Article 10 of Pan Trinbago's Constitution regarding Elections, and disbursement for appearance fees for Panorama not yet remitted to these very bands. Are the incumbents going to pay that out on Sunday morning while handing out annual reports before the Convention meeting.

The Outgoing Asst. Secretary Northern Region John Harris (my nomination for Asst. Secretary- Central) and all other candidates in the upcoming elections are being thrown out by a process that is being corrupted and convoluted and I will treat with it in a manner through the process of letters by tomorrow morning which shall be communicated first to Pan Trinbago via letter; on the basis of the precluded arguments, for an ultimate resolution to an immediate and full reinstatement of the list of candidates for the Convention electoral process on Oct. 28, 2012.

Failing that,....as my leader of orchestra says our vote shall do the talking.

Lets us all be advised accordingly.....Stay tuned.

        Regards

        Lindsay

  • GREGORY LINDSAY IS AH GOOD BOY

  • If the information offered on the performance evaluation document is accurate, then the current administration of Pan Trinbago should all demit office as they have been woefully inept. The purpose of the organization is to benefit the entire steelband fraternity, this has not been achieved.

    • If the purpose of the organization is to benefit the entire steelband fraternity, obviously this has not been achieved since it's inception.

  • Mr Lindsay, for some reason I am unable to download the PE.
