Power play by central X; then their loss in the appeal court.
By Aquil Arrindell
Week before last, three major political plays were executed by the photo faction. No. 1: Darren Sheppard sent a lawyer letter to two of CIP’s major spokespersons, Aquil Arrindell and Gregory Lindsay, in an effort to silence them on social media. No. 2: Mr. photo decided to skip lunch and call it a fast until Mr. Diaz signs a document for pan people to get paid. No. 3: Mr Scoby wrote an article and in my opinion it was one of his best works. Not because he was factual, sincere and honest but the article actually held my attention from beginning to end.
Last week, the photo faction lost their appeal in court which undid all the hard work (political work) they did the week before. http://whensteeltalks.ning.com/forum/topics/court-urges-pantrinbago...
After the first judgment by Judge Boodoosingh, the executive started spreading word that they had won the case, so it was surprising when an appeal came from them. But as I said in my article after the case, out of the six arguments put forward by photo’s faction, Judge Boodoosingh only recognized one as valid and ordered that the executive stay in place until he could make a decision on the validity of the 60% signatories. http://whensteeltalks.ning.com/forum/topics/what-really-happened-in...
The executive’s main concern, based on the appeal, was the ruling that the executive members, who were voted out by the membership, cannot take the membership’s decision to court under the umbrella of Pan Trinbago because the members are Pan Trinbago. So in other words, Pan Trinbago cannot take Pan Trinbago to court. However, although this makes total and complete sense, the executive refused to accept that because it would mean that they cannot use our money (Pan Trinbago’s money) to take us (the membership) to court and would have to dig into their own pockets to pay their lawyers and Diaz’s lawyers if they continue to lose the other matters.
Something which was significant about the ruling on the appeal, according the the newspaper report, was that the three judges in the appeal court advised the same solution as Judge Boodoosingh, which was to have an election as quickly as possible for the sake of the organization. However, photo’s crew don’t see it that way. “We got voted in until October and to hell with everybody else”. So brace yourselves brothers and sisters in pan as the central X intend to squeeze the organization dry before they leave and not even God himself could make them demit office for the betterment of the pan movement.

"So brace yourselves brothers and sisters in pan as the central X intend to squeeze the organization dry before they leave and not even God himself could make them demit office for the betterment of the pan movement."
Now you are waking up to reality, MR. AQUIL.
But your passage would be more accurate with a little change:"So brace yourselves brothers and sisters in pan as the central X intend to squeeze the organization dry and not even God himself could make them demit office for the betterment of the pan movement."
Thanks for the update.
