Pan Trinbago, like FIFA is a private company and cannot be touched unless they break some American law and the US investigates them. Since they not operating in the US they are untouchable.
Nobody can tell a private company what to do with their money. Only the members of that company can do anything about it and the membership seems to be comfortable with their doings.
Taxpayer money only comes into question with the panorama stipend from the gov't which I'm sure they can account for.
Incidentally the two luxury vehicles are supposed to cost 110,000 dollars which is cheap by Trinidad standards but the rims and tires cost 50,000. That should be the question.

The "Steelpan Fraternity", if it truly understands the influence and autonomy that it is endowed with, should know that the officers who manages Pan Trinbago, is powerless without the "Steelpan Fraternity". Hence, the "Steelpan Fraternity" has itself to blame for the present situation. However, it must moved now, to make things aright.

I would like to state unequivocally that there were hundreds if not thousands of PAN FOCUSED people who were FULLY AWARE of the corruption that has been going in Pan Trinbago under Keith Diaz for the last seven years.
