I think Pan times should EDIT these discussions, for RACIST, SARCASTIC and DEROGATORY remarks, it makes these discussions very unhealty These things should not be here.This is one of the reasons why a lot of people refrain from joining these discussions.(WHAT U THINK?)

Questions: Why would ANYONE, who thinks that "nothing moves...", then turn around and solicit WST members to join Pan Trinbago, one which he obviously also thinks has too much power? Does ANYONE know that Pan Trinbago is supposed to be a "union", and the Steelbands' Association and NATTS (the organization that drafted the union's first Constitution) were, in fact, steelband "unions"?

This is what I found when I did a Google search for your "Blueprint for Pan" the top rated link listed was WST…you also have the Blueprint posted on Pan Trinbago website and they were listed fifth in terms of hits …. see what I meant when I said' "WST is a data mine"…Google identifies WST as “the most comprehensive steel band web site on the internet”. Google and advertisers will know where to go when they want to target this consumer group…those users and developers who are seeking out steelband music, pan ring tones, pan songs along with researchers, teachers and students seeking out info on the steel band movement will seek out this site. WST is bigger than all of us...and Google is a powerhouse in the information industry.

Ghost, there’s a lot we can learn from this, when I checked another search engine I saw a reference that George Goddard’s book “Forty Years of Steelband” was digitized in 1980 by the University of Texas and is no longer available. I must confess I was one who downloaded a copy of his book at that time when it was available for free on the internet…no telling how many others did the same and how many bootleg copies are being sold today, what happens if the publisher license it to Kindle or Nook and make it available to their users, information and access to it is big business. You have within you the power and the ability to do something about this kind of exploitation.
