  • On the contrary, I believe because of their stature they automatically became the leaders of the rest. and there is a certain amount of POWER that comes that. They alone could stop a panorama, they could have influence in swaying the balance of interest, I think that's the reason Mr Mohammed said they are not there to oppose Pan Trinbago, however when players are being exploited i don't see how they can stand on the sidelines and just look.

    • So, Cecil, they automatically became "the leaders of the rest"? But are they capable of leading? Why are they silent thru the comess? Well, it seems that they are standing "on the sidelines" and just looking. My opinion, dais how I see it.
      • patrick ramdoo that's exactly the point, they cannot distance themselves from the Politics of it all, jump high, jump low bands will look to them because they are 5 of the best, an example.

    • Cecil: That statement from Mr. Mohammed (about not being there to oppose Pan Trinbago) is just political pablum. Don't take it too seriously; yuh think that they will step into the political arena with KEITH DAIZ and alienate him right off the bat. Nobody wants to respect how good a politician Keith Diaz really is even though he got the PRIME MINISTER and THE MINISTER OF CULTURE and THE BIG 5 and the 10,000 (-2) PAN MEN and 99.999 of the WST posters in a headlock.

If they could stand and watch over 600 of their OWN PLAYERS get SHORT CHANGED ("exploited") why do you think they give a damn about the other NINE THOUSAND. You are just so full of idealism but with all the exposure of corruption you are seeing left and right in the papers how could you expect the PAN CULTURE to be any different.

  • Cecil: With  their sponsors  and  WORLD RECOGNITION  and  supporters  and  gravitas and celebrity they do stand  apart from "the Pan movement" so they are excluded.
