Hi,
I think in today`s steel bands music as one can observe there is a great amount of improvement
and maturity in the music that`s being put forward; many youngsters are improving their musical knowledge and skills in the academic forum, I think it is time the judges should be made from Qualified Musicologist in order to cope with the influx of technical and academical music coming from the arrangers. I can say more but, I think this is enough.
