One can say that DR. WILLIAMS made PAN. Or more generally speaking: PNM MADE PAN!!! One young STEELPAN COMMENTATOR recently made the statement that "PAN IS PNM" -- I would like to hear him expand on that summary in one of his FUTURE VIDEOS.
