  • That's so true Teddy, for me Alan was the best tuner at that time.Like I said before He was way ahead of his time . Moore learned the trade from him and became great tuner also. Blessings
  • The tune REVALATIONS FROM BEYOND is the tune that made the entire hall stand up and raise there hands

including the first Prime Minster DR. ERIC WILLAMS @ Q. HALL that night......take a bow BOBBY.

  •  As great Cavaliers was, and the band did a lot for Pan and "South", please keep in mind the tuner who re- tuned their pan to greater heights, including making the sound much louder than any of the other bands at the time.

    Remember Mr. Allan Gervais.

  • I had so many friends in this band even though my band Antilleans was their rival . Guys like Georgy Donawa( deceased ) Bambi, Adrian Thompson. The Tang How bros ,the Sammy bros,Neville Roderick( Deceased) Carly James , Clarence Matthews and many others . Great memories of this band that put Sando on Panorama History books. Bobby started a new way of arranging that was not done before going into the minor. Shutting off the basses, and one of the. best engine rooms. Blessings .
  •  I am a proud Naps girl who not so proudly left our shores to reside in Vancouver, BC... where some of the GCavaliers resided after appearing at the Montreal World Expo and touring Canada.   We were privileged to hear the craftmanship of the great LB M embroiled in our West Coast panside with CG pan men like Trevor Parris, Nizam "Bambi" Ali, Hollis Lashely, Brown, "Jero" etc.

Just recently, LBM was part of the honouring of Pan's greatest arrangers during Pan on D'Avenue...Now that I have returned to TT shores, I can safely say you are looking well Bobby and I an expect many more BDays...my very best wishes...from the girl from Naps who used to "break beach" to listen and proudly associate with the best panside ever which ever shores. You have made San Do proud!!!

  • Happy B-DAY  Bobby + many many more. I am from down South (Cocoyea Village) a stone throw from Mon Repos and have been around the pan yard so I can safely say that Mr. Mohammed's talents as arranger, composer + wonderful music makes me a proun Trini fron San Do......

  • Birthday Greetings to Mr. Lennox Bobby Mohamed from the Pan Family Worldwide . May you enjoy many, many more years with lots of Blessings , and may we take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for all the wonderful music which you and your Champion Band "Guinness Cavaliers " have given to us . Thanks .

  • Thanks Ian for your Revelations are always way Beyond mines re Pan ans so I remain your faithful Student .

  • Thanks Glenroy and Steve. I just realized that I did not complete my thought. Mr. Mohamed is the first arranger to compose, arrange and qualify a Steel Orchestra for a classical competiton. He composed and arranged                   "Revealations From Beyond" and placed Cavaliers 3rd at the 1967 Champs of Champs Classical Competition, which was held at Queens Hall. (Sorry about that, and sorry to all of the previous readers (lol)

  • Thank you for the correction, Ian.I know you have an encyclopedic knowledge of all things pan.
