"moaning Ground" ..etc..This I believe is in direct response to the fact that the Merikins were isolated and the British Colonial rulers did not want this group of "freemen" to mix with the rest of enslaved Africans to make them wise about their…See More

"You're quite right, not only should the individuals be aware and guard themselves to protect their hearing, but our institutions, (steelbands, PT etc..) should initiate further concerns about this important fact of hearing and loss of hearing."

Happy Earth Arrival Day, Salah. Thank you for your dedication to the steelband movement. Sometimes, we are caught up in celebrity, and our sheroes and heroes who may not be household names, are often the forgotten and ignored. I hope that you are blessed with many more years, and we continue to blessed with your unselfish dedication to pan, and the Arts & Culture of Trinidad & Tobago. Have a GREAT day!

Hi Salah, I was out of the country for a few weeks taking in the Antrigua Panorama and doing a few of my annual off-shore gigs.  I am back now and I am still interested in the Gay Flamingoes CDs.  Please give me a shout at PH (253) 588-5677 anytime in the evenings and we can take it from there.  If I am out leave me a message and a number that I can reach you.  Thanks my brother!
