The UWI Panoridim Steel Orchestra performing with Samantha “Rissa Pan” Williams for her third year recital at the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts in Jamaica. The title of the piece is “Far from finished” by Aaron “Voice” St Louis and the arrangement was done by Samantha “Rissa Pan” Williams.
