Pan Trinbago is now without an Executive.
This comes as a Caretaker Committee was installed following an Emergency Motion and Meeting on Tuesday.
Apart from dissolving the Executive, it was voted with 130 votes in favour and one against that the former President, Treasurer and one other official from each Regional Executive be a part of the Interim Committee.
This action was put in force with immediate effect and agreed to by the 91 bands along with a quorum of over 60% of the financial members that were present at Tuesday's meeting at the CWU Hall on Henry Street.
Currently, Pan Trinbago is owed $10 million by the National Carnival Commission and with expenditures for Carnival totaling $17 million, the Interim Committee is calling for payment of the debt with immediate effect.
A Special Convention has been called for after the next 28 days so members can meet and decide on the future of the organisation.
