    OMG what a trip! My daughter was a year old that year. I remember loving this when it first came out. Sure sounds like something the Virgin Islands' own King Whadablee would have written for his own junior calypsonian son, Khamoi... they may indeed be small, but not too young at all!  Love the droopy diaper...didn't slow him down a bit!
