Continuing our celebration of Women's History Month, we are delighted to have Ms. Lauryn Williams, 3x Olympic medalist as our guest in the Spotlight.  Ms. Williams, born of Trinidadian parents, has been an outstanding world-class track & field athlete recently won a silver medal in 2-man bobsled at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
