The current administration promised to REBUILD PAN YARDS and turn them into CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE -- but those turned out to be EMPTY PROMISES which are being RE-POLISHED for their NEXT CAMPAIGN. If PAN PEOPLE SO STUPID to fall for those FALSE PROMISES AGAIN ... heaven help PAN IN TRINIDAD as Byron Serrrette said in different words.
