People in the know (the political know in TRINIDAD & TOBAGO) know that PAN TRINBAGO was formed as a POLITICAL ARM OF THE PNM. And they also know that the organization's main purpose is to keep that voting block (350,000 people according to KEITH DIAZ) happy with HANDOUTS.
So while you have all these PIE IN THE SKY articles written about the WEALTH OF TALENT that resides in the PAN FRATERNITY with the promise of a FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT and a WORLD DOMINANT PAN TRINBAGO -- the bottom line remains that THE EXECUTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION is always into the PERSONAL HUSTLE and THE ORGANIZATION continues to be one that stretches its hands to the government in a continued dance of GIMME GIMME.
Not much is going to change in THAT ORGANIZATION for decades to come. And the GRAND ARTICLES about MONETIZING and GLOBALIZING PAN from the TRINIDAD BASE will continue to be contradicted by THE REALITY ON THE GROUND.
