You CANNOT have a PANORAMA FINALS IN TOBAGO with a SON OF THE SOIL arranging at the HEIGHT OF HIS CAREER and NOT GIVE HIM THE WIN!!! So before the PANORAMA even start -- DUVONE DONE WIN ALREADY!!!
Where is the FUN in THAT?
Beyond that -- as someone who sees TRINIDAD & PAN TRINBAGO falling behind in the GLOBAL DOMINANCE PAN BATTLE -- the idea of the PRESIDENT OF PAN TRINBAGO devoting an ENTIRE YEAR to STAGING A PANORAMA FINALS IN TOBAGO is DEPRESSING and NON-PRODUCTIVE, to say the least. Especially when THE WHITE PAN MOVEMENT IN AMERICA is positioning itself to dominate GLOBAL PAN.
PAN TRINBAGO needs a leader with GLOBAL VISION FOR PAN -- NOT TOBAGO VISION!!!

there is no bias in that, duvone stewart is the best panorama arranger right now, this is his time, nobody can beat him, in trinidad, Tobago grenada or st Vincent,
DO SOMETHING FOR PAN....
... and then you are going to have DUVOINE STEWART beating PAN ELDERS and KENDALL WILLIAMS -- and that is TOTALLY ABSURD based on the thousands of postings and articles I have read on MUSIC EDUCATION and PAN.
But, at the core, DIS IS WE TING and the PRACTICAL APPLICATION is completely DIFFERENT from the ACADEMIC AMBITIONS!!!
