  • My condolences to the family.May he rest in peace.

  • On behalf of my wife Dianna and my entire family, I wish to convey our deepest sympathy to Lenore, the surviving children and family members of the Matthews family, on the untimely passing of Kenneth. Like myself, he was Arima born and bred, and was a member of the Paragon Sports Club of Netto Ville where I lived.

Underneath his calm, unassuming demeanour was a mind replete with creative ideas and brilliant designs. Professionally, Kenneth was a skilled architect who migrated to the U.S. in pursuit of job opportunities in his field of work. He displayed his penchant and talent for designing by creating Carnival costumes for Silver Stars Steel Orchestra in the sixties.

He was, undoubtedly, a true son of the soil, whose talent and contributions impacted many people. In his later years, Kenneth became very religious and conducted his life according to the dictates of biblical principles and beliefs.

May he rest in the eternal peace of the Lord.
