On December 4th 2018 Dr. the Honourable Nyan Gadsby-Dolly, Minister of Community Development, Culture and the Arts, presented Mrs. Beverley Ramsey-Moore, President of Pan Trinbago with her Letter of Appointment to the National Carnival Commission’s Board of Commissioners. The presentation was made at the Ministry’s Head Office at Level 20, Nicholas Tower, 63-65 Independence Square, Port of Spain. Also present were Ms Angela Edwards Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Community Development, Culture and the Arts and Carlon Harewood, Vice President of Pan Trinbago.
