Thank you.
Exactly.......is only when certain bands eh make de cut dem judges does be tone deaf...
I beg to differ, Invaders gave a rousing performance and Mr Herbert did a great job. . Renegades also did well and I thought the judges were fair . I was sorry about Exodus, but how many years did Sando bands suffer the fate of never being in the finals? I do agree with you though that Phase 2 was hot! hot! hot!. Hope they retain that high standard and take the finals . See you there on Saturday in ''de savannah''.
Hi, I just got some news that pan trinbago increased the number of bands for the finals of panorama 2010 to 12 bands, if this is so EXODUS is in.
While I am sitting here hoping that your news is just 'ole talk', I won't be surprised if it is indeed true...Clearly Pan Trinbago has no clue about how to deal with the large bands...they keep treating them like spoilt children...so now from 17 bands 12 are going to the finals? I feel the better thing to do was to simply keep one large band show on Carnival Saturday with all 17 bands...and if they could afford it give all of them the first place...all us other bands in the smaller categories must fight tooth and nail to qualify...but not the Big Bands...Large is really Large it seems....if this is true it is utter rubbish...
i love ur statement............. it really make sence what u said.....pantrinbago really treating the big bands as though they are kids..... if they brinig 12 big bands then they have to do so for all the other bands.... fair is fair..... and that is nonscence..........
If you are a large band , why is there a restriction on size? Since when have the large bands have there way?
You don't seem to know what you are talking about. The small and medium bands dictate the panorama rules. They comprise the majority of the bands and dictate what the bands (all) can do. For example the dictate the size of the large bands, not the large bands making that decision. So cry elsewhere
Hi Merrytonestothebones;

Merrytones did very well. Good luck in the finals.
And what would be the reason for doing such a thing?

bugs
Bugs...I just hope that Pan Trinbago not so foolish to increase the the finalists to 12 even if they do it across the board for all bands it's nonsense to me. An increase so suddenly will appear to be an effort to appease Exodus and that just can't sit right...but we'll wait and see...it could just be a rumour, yuh know how we stop in T&T...
exodus did not make it ...... too bad..... the judges decision is final , so what if they run out they wont be the first band to do so, its a competition these things happen , if they going to increase the large band category to 12 to include them ..... then from 2011 lets have one day of competition for all the bands one final for everybody ... who win... win
yup. dis is corruption at its best. other bands should protest this. but say wha, is not ah south band, so no one will care...
