Getting Into "Good Trouble"

A reminder that, (1) the "appalling silence" of the "good people" is worse than the "actions of the bad people" (MLK), and (2) the steelbands are not immune to this issue, and statistically, there are predators in your midst. A leader of the steelbands should not be apathetic to the concerns of the broader society, and should publicly declare policies and procedures that are clear as to their corporate culture and positions as they relate to sexual harassment and other crimes against women and girls. (See No. 9 of the "Blueprint For Steelband Success". It addresses the issue of "IPV", which leads to femicide.)
