It seems, that in your opinion, the years of sacrifice and study that I have devoted to this art form, whether at the University of the various Steelbands that I played and arranged for, or at Northern Illinois University, was all for naught(sarcasm ,by the way, if you couldn't tell).

I will never try to defend my music;to do so would be an act of desperation, However,I do believe that there are still people who can listen impartially and intelligently, and it would be lovely to share my thoughts and approaches, if you'd like.

To those of you who have never arranged a Panorama tune,never composed, don't know the difference between a C major scale and a blues scale; I say, the next time you visit a doctor, please share your arm chair opinions with him/her when they are treating you. Let's see just how seriously they will take you...Liam
