Cant agree with that statement at all, even though I know that it is your opinion, but the song did follow the structure of the verse and chorus. You have to listen past the frontline! Just because its not in your face doesn't mean its not there. That is why it's called instrumentation. Using all the different variety of instruments to bring forth the different motifs within the tune. Maybe with me saying that you can give the tune another listen again so can understand what it is really going on. If everyone was to repeat verse and chorus over and over in different keys and jam on 4 chords for 6 mins., there would be no progress in the art form. Again listening is the key my friend!

Over arranged? It may not be obvious to everyone but this tune follows the verse and chorus throughout the arrangement. I was able to listen and tell easily from the first time I heard it. Nice piece of music Andre. Good luck in Trinidad 2011!

Adlib Steel Band sound very good except for one thing, the tune was over arranged. Anyone who have heard
that tune in it's original form would know what am talking about. I did not hear verse and chorus through out
the arrangement, it was almost like they were playing three different tunes all wrapped up into one; in other
words they over did it this time. One must be able to follow the melody and sweetness of any good song
or tune for that matter, I was lost after the first four minutes of the tune. All the best for next year 2011.
