  • Oh lord the blood, sweat and tears that went it to this song but in the end Pelham is a damn genius and I strongly believed that we were the true winners (come on like about 2 points less!?) but good riddance!!!!! Long live Exodus for we shall prevail!!!!! AMEN!!!!!

  • Great, just great, the beat I've heard in a long while.  Go Exodus.  2012 one better.  Again great job guys and girls. Ainsworth, Horse, Larry, Mervin, Kenneth, keep up the good work.  See you all next year
  • Maybe you need to be a judge for Panorama!! Perhaps you could scream into the ears of the other judges and alert them to what you alone are hearing! They all must be deaf !!!

  • For some time I have been disappointed with Pat Bishop (not sure if Pat stills works with Exodus) and Pelham Goddard with Exodus. It seems like they throw lots of notes together that make no sense and seem out of place. I have been in that pan yard and observed the talented players playing a string of notes that have no soul!  My introduction to Pelham Goddard started with Ed Watson's band. I know Pelham is a musical icon. I think he has won at least three Panoramas with Exodus. He has worked with most of the great calypsonians, and is jointly credited for creating Soca with Ras Shorty I. When I listen to their rendition, I hear two separate offerings. There is a part towards the end where the dynamics are lowered to a soft purr. The key change right before that and everything after, was to me, a masterful offering. Everything before was uninspiring, discordant and predictable.Pelham stated that he does all of arrangements on an impromptu basis in the pan yard. Perhaps he and the band would benefit from a more planned and thought out effort.

  • The true winners!!! Clean, precise, well executed, well rehearsed, melody to touch the soul. No excessive jamming or noise. Congrats and remember "Nobody can break my stride."
  • Well done on coming back strong from out of the wilderness!
  • exodus sound so so sweet...good job pelham
  • Very Nice Exodus (Pelham).....I must say from the first time i heard this song, i immediately thought of exodus and that was before i knew wat they were playin. This song really suits them, really good balance, tone and all round performance. No canopies too, thats an idea that is suiting them jus fine. Congrats!!
  • Excellent! Pelham is not bound within the walls of too much chromaticism. Interesting reharmonization also. Cannot say the same for most of the other top bands.
  • Fantastic job Pelham and Ainsworth. Exodus as usual-nice,clean,clear.

Always a pleasure to listen to.Great rendition of  Destra's song.

    Congrats on the 2nd place.
