  • I'm priveledged to have witnessed this live performance. Deeply appreciate WST's video in its entirety.

     

  •  If I were a millionaire, I would have archived all of Len Sharpe's works. As I commented back then, this was the first Classical Competition that a local composer works was the the winning piece. Also, no other Classical winner had won by such a wide margin, 25 points.

    As I said in my book, "We have our own Joplin's. I used the American Composer, Scott Joplin to signify a "darker shade of pale" (lol)
