One school that sees this country's national instrument as a viable employment option for its students is the Mucurapo West Secondary. In order to make this a reality, Principal of the school Joseph Taylor said five years ago the Pan Manufacturing Lab was started, to include steelpan making as a Caribbean Vocational Qualification.
