So... apparently, by September each year, we have panorama winners throughout the Caribbean, North America, Britain and wherever Panorama competitions are held.
The only thing left would be for Pan Trinbago, who sees themselves as the leading steelband organization in the world, to figure out the logistics of someday having an international Panorama competition consisting of winners from different regions or countries..
An ideal time would probably be early October, before bands in temperate climates become inactive for the year.
