Champion Panorama Arrangers - Trinidad and Tobago

12394941272?profile=originalThey are the single most important contributor to the musical fortunes of a performing steel orchestra. It is a position that is not for the faint of heart or casual practitioner. Deep in tradition and tales of glory, these select men and women compete for a title that only a handful have ever been so honored to claim.

  • great info

     ian  has it all

  • Have anyone notice that Phase 2 and All Stars did not win a panorama in nineties? Very interesting but if you look back at the results from the pass, you can definitely say that both bands should have had more wins. Just my opinion.

  • Congratulations to Leon 'Smooth' Edwards for tying with the late Jit Samaroo with 9 wins, not counting the win in the International Panorama in 2015 which would bring his total to 10. A champion and a gentleman.
  • Can anybody name the arranger who has won every zone in the history of panorama?

  • WRITE THIS OFF

  • Bradley's win win Despers outside carnival was with Ordinary people, Pan in the 21st century. What year?

  • Didn't E Pouchet win in small band also? When silver stars was in that category.
  • The select few who sit where the feeling is rear
  • Boy Ian Franklin you really did your homework here because the second places are always forgotten and that's absurd because sometimes the difference is by one or two points.

  • No offense to Jit Samaroo and the great town  Amoco Renegades but we all know by now that the true Panorama champions of the 1990 Large Conventional Bands were in fact NLCB Fonclaire from the southland with their rendition of one of the greatest Panorama songs'' Pan By Storm" arranged by  Ken Professor Philmore.  I had to bring this up because as recent as yesterday I was listening to their rendition on You Tube and I was there personally on the side of the savannah stage live during their exciting performance when both  the North and Grand stands were rocking. But we have to accept the judges decision .
