I stand to be corrected, but please look into the following. (1) Mr. Denzil "belt" Botus may be the arranger of Tropicans 1972 win. Also, lets pay due respect to our Pan Pioneers. The name late Mr. Winston Phillip should have been used, not "Moutherbe." (2) Sonatas winning tune of choice in 1983 may have been Ckalkdust's "Ash Wednesday Jane." (3) Vince Hernandez may have been the arranger for Satisfiers win in 1978. (4) Please include Casym's Brooklyn Museum victories in 2001 and 2002. (I have given up on Metro 1990, 1991 and 1992)
Ray Holman has never won with his own tune does this mean that his songs were'nt good or he is not a great arranger. The voice of the people tells you if an arranger is great or not.
Some critics say that you have to win a Panorama to be considered a great arranger. I wonder, does New York wins count?
if not, why not?
This is a shocker that Ken 'Professor' Philmore has won FIVE count them Five panorama titles in New York, competing against all d big guns and can't even win one in Trinidad. ALL I CAN SAY IS 'PAN BY STORM'
