What position is the Pan Players Ass. taking on the cutback of funds to the players? How many members do you have in your association?

  Dika that is always your positions - you always want to stiffle progress - you are a real Trini with the crab in the barrel mentallity - here come an individual with a good idea to form an association to protect the PAN PLAYERS rights, and it is not the first time you try to shut him down - YOU STAY IN NEW YORK and keep your negativity to your self.

    Oh please get a life Andre. If just my two questions can stifle the progress of anything - maybe you need rethink what you are getting involved in. My questions are valid even if I was from planet zero. By the way, I will be home soon and I will be living right next door to you.

      ,When we speak of Pan Players we speak of the Life of an individual.ThePPATT intends to support our members physically mentally socially with the intention of guiding them on a path where they may achieve Economic viability as TUTORS&TEACHERS in the EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS of the world where our National Instrument the STEELPAN is played daily'.WE intend to equip our members with the tools to service all these Institions across the whole world.To achieve this we must create A PAN PLAYERS ACADEMY where they will be asked to study the Rudiments&Theory of Music,The Historyof the Instrument,a short Tuner's finishing course and the Literature of Calypso.WE the PAN PLAYERS ASS. will be self-sufficient.ONE wayby which we intend to solicit funds is to demand at least 3% of the overall monies generated through the two days of Carnival.
      
      Ps the last 4 Carnivals by the Official TIDCO FINANCIAL REPORTS have all generated between $500&$700 MILLION US.ie between 3 BILLION&4.2 BILLION TT$, the report also states that the different genres of music were responsible for at least 33% (2) we will also look into the aspect of the PERFORMANCE RIGHTS of the.player.WEtherefore call on the Pan fraternity to unite so we may achieve these goals.There 750 members of The PAN PLAYERS ASS> T&T.

        MR. phillips very well said.my question to you now is how do i join the ass.I have being playing for several years now on the streets of london England,I also make some of the instruments I don,t tune 'only my own pan i keep sounding right'
