New York's Pantonic Steel Orchestra presents their ‘free’ 2011 Fall Classic Concert featuring steel panist, recording and performing artist Jonathan Scales on double second with his Fourchestra. Also appearing: Utopia Pan Soul: the Next Generation, New York Pan Stars and hosts Pantonic Steel Orchestra.
