New York, U.S.A. - Once again, as part of Basement Recordings/WST’s ongoing quest to continuously identify ideal microphones for capturing the steelpan instruments in an orchestra setting - WST spoke to Matthew McGlynn of Roswell Pro Audio at the 145th AES convention in New York. He is both the company founder, and innovator behind the designs of Rowell microphone products. As chance would have it - (chance probably had nothing to do with it when the Pan Gods are active) Matthew is a lover of steelpans and fell in love with the sound of them a long time ago.
