Claude: Am I actually reading the article correctly? KD is NOW interesting in making greater use of the steelband for tourism purposes. Every time a tourist, ie. me, arrives in Trinidad and drive towards Port of Spain, there is a constant reminder that PT does not care about pan. That eyesore on the highway is testament to that!!!
